i no longer have any inhabitions about giving my (unfavourable) opinions within hearing range of where ever. If they've got good service, they try to help you and smile an awful lot. if they don't have good service (which is the majority of the time) i am able to intimidate them by turning into supAbitch which no one wants to deal with and so they try to quickly out me from their store and usually / hopefully problem solved.
